The House of Agroecology is a non-profit organisation dedicated to accelerating the agroecological transition in Belgium. We are convinced that no single stakeholder can achieve this transition alone. On the contrary, all actors are interdependent. This is why we have chosen to bring together every stakeholder across the value chain, including downstream actors, in a shared journey towards progress.nnOur objective is to foster collaboration among all stakeholders in the food value chain, despite their sometimes differing perspectives. We provide knowledge, expertise, and practical tools to facilitate this collaboration.nnTo achieve this mission, the association focuses on five main areas:n1. CONNECT stakeholders across the agroecology ecosystem.n2. TRAIN and ADVISE the various actors involved in transforming and developing food value chains towards agroecology.n3. MEASURE the level of agroecological transition on farms and build a hub of expertise.n4. FINANCE the transition by connecting stakeholders and developing innovative financing mechanisms.n5. RAISE AWARENESS and ENGAGE citizens and consumers in the agroecological transition.
