How to reserve your stand and become an exhibitor at the Libramont Fair?
It’s very simple! Follow these steps. And if you already exhibited the previous year, go straight to step 3!
1. Submit your application
Fill in some information about your organisation/company. This does not commit you to anything.

2. Acceptance of your application
If your application is accepted by our organising committee, you will be notified within 10 days.
3. Invitation to book your stand
You will receive your login to access the online participation request form.
If this is your first connection, you must first initialise your password: click here
If not, access directly using the login you have received.
4. Fill out the participation request form
Book your stand and the goods and/or services you need to take part in the Libramont Fair.
5. Acceptance of your participation request
If your application to take part is accepted by our organizing committee, you will receive a notification and a deposit invoice within 10 days.
You will be invited to the exhibitors' information day.
6. Access to your exhibitor area
You will find here the floor plan with the location and stand number.
You have access to all the practical information in your exhibitor area.
You can print out your exhibitor badges and e-invitations.
