Each year, the Province of Hainaut sets up a collective stand at the Ardenne Joyeuse under the name “HAINAUT TERRE DE GOÛTS”.
Through this initiative, Hainaut Développement aims to offer Hainaut artisans a showcase to promote their know-how and help them conquer new markets, both in Wallonia and internationally.
Located on stand AJ 4.1Ardenne Joyeuse, this tasting area will showcase, over the four days of the fair, eight Hainaut producers with recognized expertise, true ambassadors of taste and tradition:
1.Le FroBelle Tout Court - Artisanal cheese dairy offering tasty, authentic raw cow's milk cheeses.
2.Ferme Aernoudt - A true ode to terroir: artisanal, local and farm products, straight from the farm to your plate.
3.La Bergerie des Collines - Local farm specialties, made with respect for nature and tradition.
4.Boucherie Gilles - A butcher's shop dedicated to quality: local products, worked with passion and professionalism.
5.Les Glaces du Terniau - Handcrafted ice creams made with milk from their mixed Blanc-Bleu herd: a true local delight.
6.Stuyck Ophélie Chocolaterie - Original, finely-crafted chocolate creations for every occasion.
7.TeaLou - A selection of teas to suit all tastes, combining tradition, discovery and pleasure.
8.Mich et ses Délices - Homemade pastries and macaroons, with no artificial flavoring, for 100% authentic pleasure.
