The CePiCOP CePiCOP Cereals and Oilseeds Pilot Center is a non-profit organization that works to develop and popularize techniques related to the cultivation of cereals, oilseeds and protein crops in Wallonia. Recognized as a Pilot Center by the Walloon Region, the CePiCOP supervises and advises farmers on the technical and economic level.
Tasks: Field trials: varieties, manure, phytosanitary protection, new practices in cereals, protein oilseeds, ... - Decision support: weekly warnings for cereals and rapeseed in spring and autumn on crop monitoring (variety choice, sowing, manure, plant protection, etc.) - Synthesis: participation in the Cereals White Paper, organization of conferences - Phytolicence certification training - Traceability tool: field notebook - Update of plant protection products authorized in Belgium.
CePiCOP is recognized as a training center for phytolicence.
