Eating well is the beginning of happiness!nnSo when I had to adapt my diet because of a chronic inflammatory disease, including eliminating gluten, I was lucky enough to find products quite easily while living in Montreal, as well as many people who are aware of the issue.nnOn my return to Belgium: a cold shower! The offer is not similar, and people don’t necessarily understand it, whether it’s in my circle or when I want to eat out!nnSo, I decided that if I wasn’t satisfied with the products found, I just had to make them myself!nnSince May 2026, I have launched my first range of biscuits and waffles, gluten-free and lactose-free!
