This message underlines the importance of our farmers, who feed us and work for local, circular agriculture that respects humans, animals and the environment, as well as the responsibility of each and every one of us in the sustainability of the sectors, through our consumption choices in particular.
The Libramont Fair is the event that brings together all types of agriculture and all the links in the food chain to contribute to the emergence of sustainable sectors !
By the way, did you know that 5 July is International Cooperative Day or « Coops Day » ?
It is a great opportunity to show that these structures play a key role in our agriculture, and for that reason they get a special place at Libramont. We will also be raising awareness of the “real” cost of food and celebrating the diversity of our farming systems.
