Didden is a family-run Brussels-based company that has been producing sauces, confits and dressings since 1925. It all began when Jean-François Didden decided to start selling mustard and pickles. Two generations later, Pierre Didden decided to create the Belgian confit. It was his daughter, Michèle Didden, who introduced the dressings in 2012. Today, the Didden company spans five generations and is still run by Michèle Didden.
