Our vision<br />At the service of the forest, the Royal Forestry Society of Belgium supports foresters so that they pass on to future generations a healthy and multifunctional forest.<br />Our missions<br />The SRFB encourages sustainable forest management through information, training and adapted services such as insurance, certification, or support for reforestation. To achieve this, it relies on an expertise of more than 125 years, an adapted pedagogy and a holistic approach.<br />At the same time, the SRFB has developed an awareness component aimed at the general public and contributes to various applied research projects.<br />Directed primarily towards its members (forest owners, managers and forest enthusiasts), its actions aim to promote the sharing of experiences and meetings with the various actors of the forest. They offer foresters a variety of management tools so that they can make their decisions freely.
