The Potato Pilot Centre coordinated by Fiwap-asbl ensures synergy between the research, development and services activities developed in Wallonia by Fiwap, CRA-W, Carah, GWPPPDT, Comité Régional Phyto and CPL-Vegemar for the benefit of professionals in the potato sector, in technical (varieties, phytotechnics, agricultural warnings, storage), economic (markets, contractual relations) and statistical matters. These activities take the form of trials, demonstration platforms, field visits, decision support systems (in particular warnings for fungicide and insecticide crop protection), indoor and field meetings, publications, videos, webinars, study tours, legislation monitoring, individual coaching, etc. The CPP is mainly financed by SPW-ARNE.
